Another Day in Paradise

Last night my husband and I enjoyed a private dinner in "the tower" of a restaurant in a nearby town. Private waitress, candlelight, music - it was awesome. We followed that up with 7th row seats at the Phil Vassar concert. I have have been to a better concert. It was PV and his piano (which is as gorgeous as he is!), a guitarist and a violinist. Just music. It was brilliant. It was a picturesque evening.

We got home, kissed our kiddos and thanked my folks for putting the kids to bed and we climbed into bed. A few minutes later, my husband said "What was that?" I didn't hear anything. He jumped out of bed and went to check on the kids. Our 6 yo son had vomited all over the bed, himself, the floor - and was still sound asleep.

We woke him up and started the sanitizing process. He claimed he was fine and went back to bed. Less than an hour later, he ran into our room and had just had round 2. Another bath and load of laundry later, he went to sleep on the couch - followed by 2 more rounds. And then he fell asleep at 230.

At 4, my husband came into check on us. And then he got ready for work and drove 45 minutes down the dark interstate to clock in at 530.

Just another day in paradise. http://new.music.yahoo.com/videos/--2167257
