Later, it's "I'm sorry it's taking so long" and "I'm sorry the food is cold" and "I'm sorry that the bill is wrong" and, and, and.
Yesterday while we were dining at Red Lobster, "I'm sorry" was a statement made at our table so often that our 3 year old daughter said, "I'm tired of him being sorry."
